Kep1er, A magical time where the whole world revolves around love… The 5th Mini Album ‘Magic Hour’ is released! The title track ‘Galileo’ contains the heart of a girl observing and defining the emotion of love. The group Kep1er will return on September 25, 2023, with their fifth mini album ‘Magic Hour’. Kep1er's (Choi Yujin, Xiaoting, Mashiro, Kim Chaehyun, Kim Dayeon, Hikaru, Huening Bahiyyih, Seo Young은, Kang Yeseo) ‘Magic Hour’ is an album that carries the meaning of a ‘magical moment’ where the entire world revolves around love. Through their fourth mini album ‘LOVESTRUCK!’ released last April, Kep1er made a fateful crash-landing from an unknown world to Earth, drawn by a strong attraction to ‘you’. After going through a process of facing the emotion of ‘love’ for the first time and feeling confused between a dizzying sensation and excitement, the nine girls finally realized the emotion of ‘love’. Through the ‘Magic Hour’, where the whole world revolves around love, they intend to spend a moment more brilliant than anyone else—doing what they want without hesitation, and loving and sharing love to their heart's content, even if they aren't perfect yet. The title track ‘Galileo’ is a disco-funk genre song with an impressive refreshing and groovy guitar riff, depicting the process of a girl in love discovering her destined partner and observing and defining the emotion of love. It wittily and cutely expresses the heart of a girl imagining that if she opens her window and sends a heart into the sky during the ‘Magic Hour’—the magical time when the whole world revolves around love—the other person will be able to know her feelings. Above all, ‘Galileo’ offers uniqueness through lyrics that utilize the heliocentric research of Galileo Galilei, an astronomer who was active in the same era as German astronomer Johannes Kepler. It playfully unfolds a story where Kep1er suggests to Galileo that they talk about the emotion of love together, saying, “Answer me, dear Galileo, love is You Know what, shall we try to define it together, how about it?” Kep1er's performance, which garnered attention for its ‘3.6% error rate performance,’ has also been further upgraded. Kep1er plans to showcase a lovely and energetic performance once again with the ‘3Leo Dance,’ a point choreography named after the title track ‘Galileo,’ including ‘Bosil-Leo’ (observing the partner with a heart telescope and showing a heart), ‘Nallil-Leo’ (sending a heart into the sky), and ‘Millil-Leo’ (everyone making a pushing motion with their palms).
