The mockery endured until reaching an impossible dream
The challenge and fear regarding things considered unrealistic
The world tells me to dream a realistic dream,
claiming that failure is less shameful than staying still and doing nothing.
Gazes that prevent one from flying even in dreams;
even the act of dreaming is affected by gravity,
and fear of failure leads to a refusal to walk,
until eventually, one becomes part of that world.
One becomes conscious of others' perceptions,
and begins to hesitate even in dreaming.
“Dreams cannot become reality.”
Repeating those words,
one begins to adapt to the darkness of the world.
Shall we think about those worlds for a moment?
Humans are selfish,
and inferiority complexes are inevitable.
People spend their entire lives tearing each other down and hurting one another.
In the end, even at the moment of reading this,
you may find yourself criticizing, blaming, and arguing.
There are diverse types of people in the world.
Those who blame others without acknowledging diversity;
those who harass diversity, pouring water over its colors;
those who use the name of diversity to harm others;
those who force diversity while insisting only on their own righteousness;
those who never learned how to celebrate success;
those who wound the ankles of others out of inferiority.
Like fish deceived by the media and swept away by the current,
they hurt us in various ways
and obstruct our dreams in various ways.
They place limits on dreams in various ways,
sneering at the word 'unrealistic,'
and those who mistakenly learned that condemnation is a form of 'opinion'
trample upon the dreams of others without hesitation.
Yet, because one must dream to endure,
we likely live another day by looking toward hope.
Romance dies, and my individuality feels cringeworthy, making me conscious of others.
I stop dreaming grand dreams.
Thus, the world says that romance is not trendy and is merely cringeworthy.
And so, eventually, you too become the world.
This writing is cringeworthy.
It is a long-winded mutter
of words that anyone could say.
The world has gained yet another thing to sneer at and mock.
What do you think of the phrase "love yourself"?
Those who accept the reason for being told to love oneself
simply because it is something anyone can say,
or because it has a good meaning,
may be the blessed ones.
Because no one ever taught them,
some people do not know how to love themselves.
Those who think of the end every single day,
those who do not even know how to use depression as a weapon,
and those whose physical and mental strength has bottomed out beyond endurance,
eventually bear it all alone
and prepare for the end.
In a world where people tear each other down, blame, and fail to empathize,
those preparing for death
have no way to even ask for help.
Comparing oneself to others,
repeating endless self-abuse,
the dream gradually fades away.
Eventually, without finding a reason for living,
they quietly close their eyes.
That is why I
hope you find the reason for your life within yourself.
Because the world is not that kind to you.
And I hope you move toward tomorrow
while dreaming your own dream.
After all, isn't the reason you are listening to this music
because of a desire to try and live through tomorrow?
More than the comfort and hope the music provides,
I believe in you, who sought out my music to receive comfort.
I hope you move forward into tomorrow.
And you, who have eventually become the world—
what will you shout to the children?
