Please refer to the following guidelines when purchasing LPs.
※ Jacket/Components/Packaging Condition
1) Please understand that minor jacket wrinkles, corner dents, splitting, etc., are not eligible for return/exchange unless there is a clear playback defect.
2) Inner sleeves may split due to contact with the disc; this is not eligible for return/exchange.
3) Due to the manufacturing process, disc labels may not be attached perfectly smoothly.
4) Damage to the outer plastic packaging that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for exchange/return.
※ Playback Issues
1) If you are using a turntable without a tonearm or weight adjustment function (mainly all-in-one models), skipping may occur when playing tracks with high dynamic sound variance; this is mostly caused by the light weight of the tonearm.
Returns/exchanges are not possible for playback issues caused by device problems, so we recommend playing the record on a device with adjustable tonearm settings.
2) Playback may not be smooth due to static electricity and dust on the disc. This can mostly be resolved by using dedicated cleaning products.
3) Playback may also be hindered if dust accumulates on the needle.
※ Disc Abnormalities
1) The disc surface may appear wavy or warped. Returns or exchanges are possible only if this affects playback.
2) In some cases, the disc center hole is manufactured small to minimize distortion in the playback frequency range and maintain consistency during repeated playback. If it does not fit your turntable spindle, this can be resolved by adjusting the center hole using a dedicated tool.
3) Occasionally, there may be microscopic scratches or imperfect finishing on the disc. Returns or exchanges are possible only if this affects playback.
※ Colored Discs
Please note that the following cases are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:
1) The actual color of colored discs may differ from the web images.
2) Due to the nature of colored discs, there may be color variations between individual albums during the production process.
3) During the production process of colored discs, other color dyes may mix, causing stains, smudges, or spots.
※ Exchange/Return Guide
1) When requesting an exchange/return due to a clear defect, please contact the customer center and attach photos and videos verifying the defect, along with the model name of your playback device.
2) Since LPs are highly susceptible to jacket damage during frequent shipping and are difficult to resell, returns due to accidental purchase or change of mind are difficult. Please purchase carefully.
