Please refer to the following guidelines when purchasing LPs. ※ Jacket / Components / Packaging Condition 1) Depending on the production and shipping process, slight jacket wrinkles, corner dents, or splitting may occur, and inner sleeves may split due to contact with the disc. Once a product is opened, returns or exchanges are not possible for visible external defects. 2) Due to the manufacturing process, disc labels may not be attached perfectly smoothly, and the outer plastic wrap is not covered by the quality guarantee. 3) Most LPs manufactured in Japan do not have sealed outer plastic wrap. 4) Digital download codes may be discontinued by the headquarters without prior notice. ※ Playback Issues 1) If you are using a turntable without tracking force adjustment (mainly all-in-one models), anomalies may occur when playing tracks with high dynamic sound variance. Returns or exchanges are not possible for playback issues caused by device problems; therefore, we recommend playing on a device with adjustable tracking force. 2) Discs may not play smoothly due to static electricity and dust. Most of these issues can be resolved by using dedicated cleaning products. 3) Playback may also be hindered if dust accumulates on the needle. ※ Disc External Defects 1) Due to the nature of the vinyl production process involving heat, the disc surface may be slightly wavy or warped. If the warp does not interfere with playback, exchanges or refunds are difficult. If playback is unstable, using a stabilizer can provide more stable playback. 2) To minimize distortion in the playback frequency range and maintain maximum consistency during repeated playback, the disc center hole may be manufactured small. If it does not fit your turntable spindle, this can be resolved by adjusting the center hole using a dedicated tool. 3) There may be fine residual scratches on the disc or the printed surface may not be perfectly clean; this is not considered a product defect. However, if there is an issue with playback, returns/exchanges due to defects are possible. ※ Colored Discs The following cases are not considered defects, and returns/exchanges are not possible after opening: 1) The actual color of colored discs may differ from the web images. 2) Due to the nature of colored discs, there may be color variations between individual albums during the production process. 3) During the production process of colored discs, other color dyes may mix, causing stains, smudges, or spots.
