Please refer to the following guidelines when purchasing LPs. ※ Jacket/Components/Packaging Condition 1) Depending on the production and shipping process, slight jacket wrinkles, corner dents, or splits may occur, and inner sleeves may split due to contact with the disc. Returns or exchanges are not possible if visual defects are discovered after opening the product. 2) Disc labels may not be attached perfectly smooth due to the manufacturing process, and the outer plastic wrap is not covered by the quality guarantee. 3) Most LPs produced in Japan do not have sealed outer plastic wrap. 4) Digital download codes may be discontinued by the headquarters without prior notice. ※ Playback Issues 1) If you are using a turntable without tracking force adjustment (mainly all-in-one models), anomalies may occur when playing tracks with large dynamic sound variations. Returns or exchanges are not possible for playback issues caused by device problems; therefore, we recommend using a device with adjustable tracking force. 2) Playback may be hindered by static electricity and dust on the disc. Most of these issues can be resolved by removing them with specialized cleaning products. 3) Playback may also be hindered if dust accumulates on the stylus (needle). ※ Disc Visual Defects 1) Due to the nature of the vinyl production process involving heat, the disc surface may be slightly wavy or warped. Warping is difficult to exchange or refund if it does not interfere with playback. If playback is unstable, using a stabilizer can provide more stable playback. 2) To minimize distortion in the playback frequency range and maintain maximum consistency during repeated playback, the disc center hole may be produced with a smaller diameter. If it does not fit your turntable spindle, this can be resolved by adjusting the center hole using a specialized tool. 3) There may be fine hairline scratches on the disc or the printed surface may not be perfectly clean; these are not considered product defects. However, if there is an issue with playback, returns/exchanges due to defects are possible. ※ Colored Discs The following cases are not considered defects, and returns/exchanges are not possible after opening: 1) The actual color of colored discs may differ from the web images. 2) Due to the nature of colored discs, color variations may occur between albums during the production process. 3) During the production of colored discs, other color dyes may mix, resulting in stains, smudges, or spots.
