Oh Why EP [From the day we loved to the day we broke up]
Singer-songwriter O.WHEN releases her 3rd mini album (EP) ‘From the day we loved to the day we broke up’.
Ohwan is a singer-songwriter who writes and composes all songs since his debut in May 2016, and has released one full-length album.
Taking a break by releasing an album, 2 mini-albums (EPs), and 6 singles
I have continued my creative activities.
1st regular album last year
After the release of ‘ROOM O’, by participating in the OST and working on collaborative music,
Owen, who has been busy these days, came back with his 3rd mini album in June 2020.
‘From the day we loved to the day we parted’ is about love and separation.
And the album ‘Love You’ and ‘I Can’t Hold On’ are albums that calmly tell the story of life in Ohwan’s unique style.
It is filled with four songs, including ‘Same Person’ and ‘Lonely’, which was pre-released last March.
The first song ‘Love’
‘You’ is a song about wanting to extend your hand first and continue the passionate love when you see someone who thinks their love has cooled off due to feelings that have already become comfortable.
This is an indie ballad that highlights Owen's attractive falsetto. First mini album ‘When
Lee Yo-han’s piano performance and the same emotion from ‘Wonder Hole’ included in ‘I Begin’.
The arrangement makes you feel it again.
The second song ‘I Can’t Hold On’ is also the album title.
From the day we loved to the day we broke up, it's a song about the pain and sadness that comes from being unable to hold on any longer and facing a breakup. Owen's vocals captivate you from the beginning.
It's a song. This is the title song of this album.
The third song ‘Same Person’ is from different people, but
For the first time, I wrote this song thinking that as you live, you will gradually live with the same thoughts and feelings, and that there may be people who think the same way as you.
This is a synth rock style to try.
The fourth song ‘Lonely’
It is a song about feeling lonely sometimes, but hoping to have a warm day of laughter together. Although the lyrics are about loneliness, it covers that loneliness with bright emotions.
This album is produced by producer Koo Ja-young, who has been with us since our debut.
Under the direction, Kwon Joo-won on guitar, arrangement and piano keys, and Ohwon Live Band players Park Jeong-hyun, Jeon Eun-soo and Hwa-an participated, and Oh Hyeong-seok recorded.
