Hwang Chi-yeul's third full-length album [ALL OF ME] is, as the name suggests, an album that showcases everything about Hwang Chi-yeul. He participated in the production and songwriting for all 10 tracks, including the title track 'It Might Sound Funny,' and personally composed two songs, 'In the Night Sky' and 'Beautiful Dream,' making this an album that fully mobilizes his musical capabilities.
The title track 'It Might Sound Funny' is a song featuring a powerful band sound—a first attempt for a title track—where Hwang Chi-yeul's soulful voice and the band sound achieve an exquisite harmony. '7102,' which highlights acoustic instruments, is characterized by wittily incorporating the titles and lyrics of his previously released songs and is a fan song dedicated to the fans who have always been by his side.
Furthermore, 'In the Night Sky,' which contains romantic lyrics about recalling memories while looking at the stars in the night sky, and 'Beautiful Dream,' which expresses longing for a woman who remains faintly present whether dreaming or awake, added sincerity as they were written and composed by Hwang Chi-yeul himself.
In addition, various tracks such as 'In the Cinema Without You,' where beautiful string melodies leave a deep lingering impression, and 'You're Doing Great,' which offers deep comfort during difficult times, are included, enhancing the overall completion of the album.
