tripleS A story of small s's, who lived without knowing one another, awakening their abilities and gathering together to combine their strengths to become a large S, thus becoming tripleS. In reality, the members of tripleS lived as individual trainees without knowing of each other's existence; as each person became an S who discovered their own potential, they finally completed the process of meeting and joining forces. This unprecedented, mega-scale project in K-POP history gathers its full strength once a year under the name of [Gravity]. Following the birth of 'Rising' and the creation of tripleS's own theme song 'Girls Never Die', the full-length album [Assemble] has been completed. The title track 'Awake' is a piece of music containing tripleS's own thematic consciousness, sent to the youth living anxious lives between hope and despair. "Is life full of hope? Or does despair only grow larger because of useless hope?" Having sung through 'Girls Never Die' that life will eventually gain meaning if one endures with all their might, the music of tripleS's 24-member full group vividly captures the stories of young people living this era more deeply and passionately. They sing that while the world is not entirely bright, we should awaken together within that darkness. Continuing directly from the worldview of the 'Girls Never Die' music video, which was well-loved by fans, the girls find the meaning of life by solidarizing and joining forces amidst their wandering. The intro track '@%(Alpha Percent)', which means a top-tier group, opens the door to the album [Assemble], where strengths are combined, as transition beats and exhilarating guitar sounds build layers. The second story following 'Love Story', titled 'Detective Novel', sings about the fluttering emotions of love by likening them to a detective novel. It follows the heart as if deducing the moments of excitement that have not yet been confirmed. If 'Awake' is a theme song with tripleS's own narrative within K-POP, 'Detective Novel' proves how much dynamic power can be gathered through tripleS's large formation even in the most universal form of girl group music. 'Yesterday Our Fireworks', created by GDLO who produced 'Rising' and 'Hit the Floor', is a song that captures emotions that are more beautiful because they burn intensely for a fleeting moment like fireworks before disappearing. In particular, it contains the charm of vocals that fully reveal the members' characters, so fans who know each tripleS member well can find the joy of discovering individual personalities hidden in the music. 'Love Child' expresses the feeling of a first-time unrequited love discovered by a child who grew up receiving only love. It is a lovely complaint, asking why only you do not look back at me when the world is this beautiful. 'Persona', in which Park Sohyun—a member and producer of tripleS—directly participated in producing, composing, and songwriting, presents tripleS's differentiation among numerous K-POP girl groups. It poses a question from youth who cannot help but wander and worry somewhere on the boundary between sweetness and bitterness. It sings about the duality of the self that everyone lives hiding but cannot easily talk about. The song that received fan support by unfortunately taking 2nd place in the 2024 title track selection Gravity, 'Too Hot', is finally included in the album. It captures the story of girls running toward a better tomorrow with burning passion and an unyielding will in a racing beat. Additionally, 'Diablo', which garnered anticipation by taking 1st place in the 2025 B-side selection vote, was completed as a high-tech dance track. It expresses the precarious inner story of obsession and addiction through the motif of Diablo. Is it friendship or love? 'Friend Zone' is a song confessing emotions that bloom carefully on the subtle boundary of friendship. It conveys the desperation and hesitation of wanting to be more than just friends through a warm R&B sound. The album's final track, 'Love2Love', is a song that penetrates the album's concept along with 'Awake', 'Detective Novel', and 'Love Child'. It sings that we should convey love through [Love2Love]. It says that although we are living in an incomplete and anxious era, let us not let go of the string of love, even if it is difficult. tripleS surpasses the limits of anxiety every time, showing how much of a greater leap they can make when the girls hold hands and combine their strength.
