The title track ‘Good Thing,’ which opens the album, is a song where Soyeon's characteristically cool and confident lyrics, such as “This is just haha really lol funny, it's amusing,” stand out. The retro sound instruments leading the overall track and the witty 8-Bit Sound in the second verse add a sensory mood to the song. The second track, ‘Girlfriend,’ is also a song completed with Soyeon's unique color, offering cute consolation to a friend going through a breakup; the rhythmic drum and guitar sounds meet the distinct vocals of each member to double the song's charm. The third track, ‘Love Tease,’ a self-composed song by Yuqi, is a disco genre track—a style (G)I-DLE has not attempted before. With Yuqi's melodic topline added to a minimal retro track, it is a song that maximizes (G)I-DLE's sensory and unrivaled identity. ‘Chain’ is a song where Minnie's characteristically dreamy topline is charming, expressing the sensory changes of (G)I-DLE as they enter a new chapter through various sounds. In particular, the bold and direct lyrics daringly capture the growth and inner changes of the members. ‘Unstoppable,’ Miyeon's self-composed song included in a group album for the first time, is a groovy and jazzy R&B pop track, where emotional words blend together to create novel-like lyrics that add to the listening pleasure. The ballad ‘It’s Okay’ (그래도 돼요), in which Shuhua participated in songwriting for the first time in eight years since debut, completes the final track by fully capturing Shuhua's delicate and warm emotional lines despite it being her first time writing lyrics. This album, which seeks to capture their aspect as artists breaking away from existing molds through bold attempts and unpredictable expressions to represent a new start and a high leap, features the participation of all members in songwriting and composing for the first time since debut. This embodies the meaning of ‘us’ within the album, and the musical style of each individual member can be clearly felt in every track.
