Please refer to the following notes when purchasing the LP.
※ Jacket/Components/Packaging Condition
1) Depending on the production and shipping process, slight jacket wrinkles, corner dents, or splitting may occur, and the inner sleeve may split due to contact with the disc. Returns or exchanges are not possible if the product is opened after a visual defect is identified. 2) Due to the manufacturing process, the disc label may not be attached smoothly, and the outer plastic wrap is not subject to quality assurance. 3) Most Japanese-made LPs do not have sealed outer plastic wrap. 4) Digital download codes may be discontinued by the headquarters without prior notice.
※ Playback Issues
1) If you are using a turntable without a tracking force adjustment function (mainly all-in-one models), anomalies may occur when playing tracks with large variations in dynamic sound. Returns or exchanges are not possible for playback failures caused by device issues, so we recommend playing on a device where tracking force can be adjusted. 2) There are cases where playback is not smooth due to static electricity and dust on the disc. Most of these issues can be resolved by removing them with a dedicated cleaning product. 3) Playback may also be hindered if dust accumulates on the needle.
※ Disc Appearance Defects
1) Due to the nature of the vinyl production process which involves heat, the disc surface may be slightly wavy or warped. If the LP warp does not interfere with playback, exchanges or refunds are difficult. If playback is unstable, using a stabilizer will allow for more stable playback. 2) To minimize distortion in the playback frequency range and maintain maximum consistency during repeated playback, the disc center hole may be produced with a small diameter. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, the issue can be resolved by adjusting the center hole using a dedicated tool. 3) There may be fine residual scratches on the disc or the printed surface may not be perfectly clean; this is not a product defect. However, if there is an issue with playback, returns/exchanges due to a defect are possible.
※ Color Discs
The following cases are not considered defects, and returns/exchanges are not possible after opening: 1) The actual color of the color disc may differ from the web image. 2) Due to the nature of color discs, there may be color differences between albums during the production process. 3) During the production process of color discs, other color dyes may mix, causing stains, smudges, or spots.
