Pianist Kim Seon-min's complete Chopin Etudes album released!
An album of Chopin's 24 Etudes recorded at the Konzerthaus in Vienna, Austria, by Kim Seon-min, who has received great attention as a Korean pianist and has been praised as a ‘moving performance that touches the soul.’
Chopin's Etudes, a work of art that combines technique and emotion!
Originally, previous etudes were works created to train various techniques to practice alone at home, but Chopin completed 'Etudes' into a complete genre that required high-level technique and possessed transcendent artistry at the same time.
Chopin created etudes as perfect works of art that could deliver emotional emotion and artistic uplift to audiences in concert halls.
These two collections of etudes, which best reveal Chopin's belief that technique and emotion have little meaning on their own and that perfect art is created when they are in harmony, are presented with pianist Kim Seon-min's romantic color and rich imagination.

Composer: Frederic Chopin
Frederic Chopin is Poland's greatest composer. Throughout the Renaissance, Baroque, and Classical periods, no great composers were born outside of Central Europe, but in the mid-19th century, Chopin blossomed into a new world of Romanticism along with Liszt of Hungary and Schumann of Germany. Chopin's great-grandfather Szop immigrated from Poland to France and took on the French name Chopin. His grandson, Nicholas, returned to his native Poland and had a son, the musician Chopin, in 1810. He lived in Paris for the latter half of his life and left behind numerous works in just 39 years of life, most of which were piano works, and he is called the “poet of the piano.”
