GongwonGirls will release their 4th EP, ‘the Keys’, after approximately 9 months.
The ‘The Park in the Night’ series, which spanned from their 1st to 3rd mini-albums, introduced GongwonGirls' beginning and worldview, garnering a great response from fans. Following the conclusion of the series with ‘The Park in the Night part three’ last July, this new album is already drawing significant interest and curiosity from fans even before its release.
This album serves as a sequel concept before another story begins, following the completion of the ‘The Park in the Night’ trilogy. The album title, ‘the Keys’, refers to the ‘Key’ that can open the unknown door connecting one world to another.
GongwonGirls' album booklets, which always resemble professional pictorials, will feature a red & blue concept and the members' first-ever appearance in suits since their debut, promising to excite fans. Furthermore, the four high-quality tracks will allow listeners to experience GongwonGirls' further enriched musical sensibility.
Notably, the album cover art depicting a ‘Key’ and the key-shaped illustrations appearing in each chapter were personally created by member ‘Miya’, drawing attention. As a member who understands the group's worldview better than anyone, Miya's ideas and creations show a level of completion that could stand as a piece of art, making this album more collectible than ever.
Additionally, the first-press limited components include trading cards capturing the charm index of each of the seven members, handwritten stickers with messages from the members, a total of 12 types of photo cards, ddakji (slapping tiles), and standees, consisting of various and unique benefits.
