SERIES ‘O’ Having run tirelessly from their debut in 2019 through 2020, VERIVERY has returned with a new concept for 2021, SERIES ‘O’, in an attempt to pursue limitless change. Discovering the ‘O’ within the dark side inherent in us. [ROUND 1 : HALL] The symbolic meanings of ‘O’ are diverse: a hole, a dot, an eye, a lens, circulation, infinite possibility, a loop, connection, and more. Through the ‘O’ series, VERIVERY will fill 2021 with albums about discovering the dark inner space (O) that each person possesses and how to utilize the darkness they have discovered. As an extension of the ‘FACE it’ series, which unfolded under the keyword ‘Facing the many versions of myself,’ an exciting story about the ‘dark inner self’—an existence one tries not to face, yet is indispensable—will unfold like a movie. The beginning of that narrative is [ROUND 1 : HALL], a wild party enjoyed by VERIVERY after receiving an invitation from someone. A party unfolding more glamorously and grandly than ever before. Will the party they have stepped into be purely sweet? Two ways to express a wild party As it is a series starting 2021 anew, there are significant changes in all the content VERIVERY will show. The jacket stimulates interest with a concept that expresses an honest existence, undistorted, and a dark existence with opposite traits in a way that is similar yet different. Suits that intuitively express VERIVERY's maturity, paired with bold accessories, will add weight to the visuals. Furthermore, the rock-chic look, which portrays a free-spirited and wild side that VERIVERY has not shown until now, will bring a fresher feel. The choreography for this title track is also a collaboration with choreographer Choi Young-jun, who worked with them in 2020. The overall scale is expanded by adding the grandeur of performance through the appearance of dancers to the characteristic detail of expressing the song. The glamorous composition expressing the overall album concept of a ‘wild party’ will showcase a more complete performance through VERIVERY's perfect execution. In particular, the music video was directed by Director Kim Ja-kyung of ‘FLEXIBAL PICTURES,’ who sensually expresses the group's worldview and the hidden points of the song, implementing a dense storyline. It will unfold various images of VERIVERY inside a party venue, being sucked in by some attraction while being observed by an unknown entity. 1.
