WINNER 3rd MINI ALBUM [CROSS]
This album [CROSS] captures the relationship of WINNER, their music, and the stories only WINNER can tell, as four members with their own directions and characteristics intersect (X) and create a new harmony (+) under the name 'WINNER' to forge a new direction.
The title track 'SOSO,' worked on by leader Kang Seung-yoon and AiRPLAY, expresses the state of being 'SOSO'—pretending to be calm despite an inner turmoil of pain and anger following a breakup. It is expected to offer a glimpse into a 'WINNER-style autumn sensibility,' contrasting with the 'summer' and 'refreshing' vibes that previously represented WINNER's music.
This album [CROSS] also includes Lee Seung-hoon's first official solo song 'FLAMENCO,' Kang Seung-yoon's solo song 'WIND,' and 'Nodding,' produced by Song Min-ho. In addition to the distinct musical individuality each member possesses as solo artists, you can feel the capabilities of the members who never stop growing musically in various directions.
We look forward to seeing what new harmony (+) they will present to showcase 'WINNER's own genre,' as they become one under the name 'WINNER' while also branching out with their own diverse colors and charms.
WINNER's third mini-album [CROSS] will be released in two versions, CROSSLIGHT VER. and CROSSROAD VER., which feature different photobook and special images. Along with a CD containing 6 songs and a 136-page photobook, the postcard set, polaroid set, and random rare special photocards consist of photos taken by the members themselves, increasing its collectible value.
The album [CROSS] will be available for pre-order starting October 17 and will be available at online and offline record stores nationwide on October 29.
