Pink Fantasy's first EP ALBUM ‘Alice in Wonderland’
The unique girl group ‘Pink Fantasy’ is releasing their first EP album two years after their debut.
The album title ‘Alice in Wonderland’ expresses Pink Fantasy's unique worldview based on Alice in Wonderland. Following their debut song ‘Come Here’ and their 2nd single ‘FANTASY,’ it concludes the Alice trilogy with the final song, ‘Poison.’
‘Come Here’ and ‘FANTASY’ have been newly recorded as 2021 versions, and the album includes the new song ‘Poison’ and the intro track ‘Alice in Darkland.’
Through this EP album, Pink Fantasy portrays our own images being exposed to all sorts of bad temptations, while also criticizing all the ‘Alices’ of the world who could not overcome those temptations and succumbed to them.
The title track of this album, ‘Poison,’ is the final song of the Alice in Wonderland trilogy.
It is a song that expresses Alice falling for the White Rabbit's temptation, doing bad things, and becoming devastated; she later regrets it and tries to run away, but things become uncontrollable, leaving her in pain while demons mock her.
The song carries the message that falling for bad temptations is ultimately one's own choice, and it was composed by the songwriting team ‘Banana Fondue,’ led by guitarist ‘Jungmo’ and keyboardist ‘Haeropwang.’ It is a dark-style song that blends ‘Rock’ and ‘K-pop,’ featuring an appealing combination of intense, powerful music and choreography.
