NEXZ has been active this year and has shown off its presence as a 'new star' with even more expectations for the future. As of the afternoon of the day of release, the first single album 'Ride the Vibe' ranked first on the real-time album chart of Hanteo Chart, a domestic album statistics site, and topped Japan's Recochoku Daily Album Ranking as of May 20th and 21st. Following their global debut, on August 21st, they released their first Japanese EP album 'Ride the Vibe (Japanese Ver.) / Keep on Moving' and made their local debut. The album ranked second on Billboard Japan's weekly comprehensive album chart 'Hot Albums' (2024.08.19-08.25) and Japan's Oricon Weekly Album Ranking as of September 2 (2024.08.19-08.25).

It was held a total of 6 times in 3 cities: Fukuoka on August 3rd and 4th, Osaka on the 17th and 18th, and Tokyo on the 24th and 25th, and proved its popularity by selling out all tickets. Starting on September 10th, the group's first regular variety program 'NEXZ NOW' aired for a total of 5 weeks on Japanese terrestrial channel Nippon TV and met with viewers.
