Following the successful conclusion of their first solo concert <2023 TEMPEST SHOW CON [T-OUR]> held in Seoul and Japan last August, TEMPEST continues their active promotions with the release of their first single album since debut.
TEMPEST's first single album is a continuation of the ‘Storm’ series containing TEMPEST's unique narrative, and an album filled with the conviction and confidence of the members as they charge toward their goals without hesitation. Through , they convey the message that they will ‘continue their meaningful journey at their own pace and depth, regardless of the gaze of others,’ realizing that ‘we are companions in every step.’ As a group that delivers empathy and comfort to many by incorporating the members' autobiographical stories into every album, they have completed the overall narrative of this album by gathering the stories of the seven members under the main keyword of the group's identity, ‘Storm.’
The title track of , ‘Vroom Vroom,’ is a song that highlights conviction and will, stating, ‘Even if I lose my way, if it is the path leading to you, I will move forward wherever that may be.’ It raises expectations by blending an addictive, powerful sound with the performance of WeDemBoyz’s ‘Bata.’ Furthermore, listeners can experience TEMPEST's signature freshness and softness through the B-side track ‘DIVE,’ which was pre-released during their first solo concert <2023 TEMPEST SHOW CON [T-OUR]>, and ‘Bluetooth,’ a song about their love for their fans.
