Magenta, the second key color chosen by Kang Daniel, will show you the most Kang Daniel-like color you have ever drawn.
It features a performer who has grown further with powerful performances as well as experimental hip-hop and dancehall music, and has not missed out on his musical development as an artist by participating in writing lyrics for 5 of the 6 tracks.
Here, Simon Dominic, Jamie, Yeomta, and Daun, who each have their own strong musical colors, participated in the featuring, creating a highly complete album.

‘Flash’ combines electronic and R&B sounds, with deep synth-arpeggios and heavy synth-pad hits that feel as if they are embracing a pitched 808 bass. The emotional chorus that explodes as different instruments are layered one by one in the traditional electronic structure is impressive. It contains the passionate will to believe in my own compass and move toward the light, even if the dark future sometimes feels suffocating.

It contains a message that, just as one surrenders oneself to the waves coming in, one surrenders oneself to the waves of one's heart moving towards oneself and hopes that they will come to me.

‘Movie’, which was created by collaborating once again with ‘DVWN (Down)’ with whom they collaborated once for ‘Adulthood’ in the first mini album ‘CYAN’, is a song that compares the emotions felt towards someone you meet for the first time to a movie. Movie-related words such as ‘location’, ‘famous line’, ‘climax’, and ‘mise-en-scène’ were added to the lyrics to add fun, and with the addition of a modern and sophisticated sliding 808 bassline, piano staccato sound, and synthesized organ, bright and bouncy R&B catches the ear.
